This plush actually took me a while to complete (...like all my projects lol π) but Alhamdulillah, finally I'm happy to share with you all that Kiko the Monkey has safely reached his new home π Measuring 5 inches in heights and weighing just about a soft toys should be hahaha.. I think he's the cutest lil' creature I've ever made, with his poseable arms and tails to make him sit around and hugging his favourite fruit of all; the banana! Of course lil' Kiko won't be possible if it weren't for the wonderful and talented crocheter Stephanie from All About Ami who generously shared her pattern for free! I thank you Stephanie for helping me turned the wish of a new mommy-to-be into a reality.
A lil' snippet while I worked on Kiko's bottom back then heheh πππ
While working on him, it did made me feel a bit sad cuz after our long weeks together he will be departed to his new home, one of the perks of being a maker huhuhu..but I know deep down I should be happy cuz over at his new home NOW he'll be loved, cherished and admired by his soon to be born owner πΆπ»π and that's what keeps me going with what I enjoy doing most! All in all, it was super fun and I hope this little monkey will add a lot of fun to the nursery! π΅ π π΅. Thank you Wendy of The Diary of a Miniature Enthusiast. Hope everything will go smooth for you and the baby! Oh, if you guyz are a fan of handmade bracelets do check out her instagram (@theminidiary) for loads of charming pretty vintage bracelets she has to offer!
