Here, made to order is nature of our designs, non the less we also sell ready made products. These products are also meant to be sampler if you wish to place an order. There should be a little something for everyone in our shop. Our item(s) are perfect for gifting as well. So be sure to check back often as we will be adding some fabulously cute new additions on a regular basis. Feel free to tell your friends about our page as well.

Terms & Conditions:-

1. We try our best in providing best images of our item(s) but however slight color discrepancy may still be present.
2. Ready made item(s) will mail out within 24-48 hours. Custom order(s) are currently mailed within 10-14 days. We shall inform you via email/WhatsApp/SMS should there be any delays. This turn around time is subject to change depending on current work load. If you are in need of an item quicker then that contact us and let us know, a RM25 Rush Fee will apply.
3. Payment should be done via ATM transfer after a price quote/invoice has been issued for the said ready made/custom order item(s). For International buyer, we provide PayPal paying method, just leave your email and we shall invoice you. Please then do provide us with transaction reference/ATM receipt snapshot as proof of payment.
4. Items will be mailed out via PosLaju and/or Pos Malaysia and we will provide you tracking number of the said shipment. We will not be responsible for any lost mail/item(s).
5. Customers who have failed to make payment will be listed as a deadbuyer and the item(s) will be enlisted for sell to another potential customer.
6. Measurement may vary 0.5-0.75" as our item(s) are all handmade and thus slight error in sewing/crocheting may be present and thus measurements may differ slightly for every piece. Thus, it cannot be considered as a defect.
7. All sales are final. Any returns/exchanges are approved based on our discretion.
